Supporting individuals, couples, and families through every season of life
Possibilities are all around us. Sometimes we just can't see them yet.
Your words, actions, and intentions can encourage and invite possibilities into being.
How will you welcome them?
How will you create them?
You may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. Maybe you're struggling in your relationship, navigating conflict within your family, or finding yourself at a crossroads in your life. You may know that something needs to change, but you're not sure how to get there.
Whether you're coming as a couple, a family, or an individual, therapy can offer a space to slow things down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change.
You may love each other and still feel far apart.
Perhaps you're caught in the same arguments over and over, struggling to communicate, or feeling more like roommates than partners. You may be trying to recover from betrayal or rebuild trust after an affair. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, changes in intimacy, parenting challenges, or simply wondering how to reconnect.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns. There is a way forward, and you don’t have to find it alone.
I’m Jessica Williamson, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) in West Seattle, where I see clients in my backyard cottage. I offer a warm, respectful, non-judgmental space where clients can explore identity, values, and what makes life meaningful. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people on their path to healing, insight, and deeper connection.
Who I work with…
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life experiences:
Couples looking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or deepen connection
Individuals seeking support with relationships, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, or personal growth
Families who want to improve understanding and navigate challenges together
Whether you come alone or with loved ones, I offer a supportive space where your story is honored and meaningful change can take root.
